Game One Custom Team Apparel Giveaway Official Rules: 

1. Eligibility: The Game One T-Shirt Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the state of Georgia, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Game One and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  
2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 8:00 am CST, Tuesday, September 17, 2024 and ends at 5:00 pm CST, Friday September 20, 2024 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible. 
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the survey and submit their school’s name via the Game One Team Sports Questionnaire. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 
5. Prize: The winner will receive forty-eight (48) custom t-shirts from Game One. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within three days after the end of the Entry Period. If the potential winner does not respond within five days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected. 
7. Claiming Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must provide their full name, mailing address, and shirt sizes within five days of notification. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Game One the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Game One and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. 
10. Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. 
11. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Game One.
